THE PAST

His debut solo release 'My Mind' hit #10 in the DJ Mag hype chart in 2002. The follow up 'First Love EP' attracted support from all the major jocks at the Miami WMC 2003, and featured on compilations including "RLP Total Dancefloor 3" RLP Mix Records, France.

Recently, RedSoul remixes have featured on CD Compilations including ‘Soul In The House 2 – Phil Asher (Slip N Slide/Kickin Music, UK)’ and ‘Tinted Breaks & Melodies – Solitaire/Static Revenger’ (Tinted, AUS), ‘Galaxy FM - On Your Level – Slammin Boys (SuSu Records, UK).

2005 saw the launch of his own record label "Play More". The debut release 'RedSoul & Craig C - Change EP' is a four-tracker he has produced with one half of the Pound Boys.

2006 has stepped up another level with remixes for the likes of Charles Dockins, original solo productions on Generate, and being commissioned to do the official remixes for Kelis – Bossy on Virgin Records amongst others.

David has also recorded under the alias 'Long Run - Mambo Jambo', on Mighty High Music in the Netherlands. The track proved a big hit across Europe and featured on compilations including 'Camel (c) Club Stars' and 'MTV Mash-Up' in 2004, and under the 'LabelWhite/RedSoul' guise has also provided club-friendly remixes of artists such as Jamiroquai, Pharell, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu and Tweet.

David has been resident at legendary UK club "Angel Deelite" for the past 7 years and in such time has played alongside the majority of the major players in the scene, including the likes of Sandy Rivera, Kerri Chandler, Brian Tappert, Kerri Chandler, Deep Swing, Jamie Lewis, Pound Boys, Knee Deep, Full Intention, Kid Creme & Junior Jack, Joey Negro, Grant Nelson etc etc. (www.angeldeelite.com)

David has also guested at the majority of the UK's finer clubs over the years including the likes of Garage City (London), L'America (Cardiff), Bed (Sheffield), Traffic (Coventry), Sankeys Soap (Manchester), Hush (Middlesborough) Fuzzy Logic (Blackpool), Soul Tonic (Leeds) and further afield at venues such as (most recently) Redlight @ Les Bains, Love & Happiness @ Nirvana Lounge (Paris), Ultra Lounge @ La Rotonde, (Aix En Provence) and SOL (Amsterdam).

In 2004 he was also booked as the main UK artist on the Heineken/Amstel 'SummerJam' week of events in Curacao, Netherland Antilles (Carribbean) which consisted of 7 dates on the sun-drenched Carribbean isle and attracted national TV, Radio and Newspaper attention.

Alongside running his own weekly radio show online with SSRadio, David has provided guest mixes and interviews for shows wordwide such as Slammin (Galaxy 102), Hed Kandi (Network) RLP (Radio FG, Paris).

David is also one of the few UK DJ's selected and invited to contribute to DJ's magazines hype chart.
